Since the Department of Social Policy Lorquí City Council launched the project "Conflict Resolution among teenagers" a year ago, this initiative has added a total of thirty users in eight cases referred.
Of these eight cases, six reached the top steps of the process, while the two others decided to leave after the first briefing face.
The files were submitted by the IES Romano Garcia (4 requests) from the Master Jesus CEIP García (3 applications) and one from the Social Services City of Lorquí.
Of the six files that passed the first steps of the process, one still remains open.
The remaining five failed to be completed by the abandonment of one of the parties involved in the conflict.
Nature of conflict
"We are very pleased with these first steps of the project and hopefully in the coming months the service will hold, especially among young people because they are the protagonists of this initiative," said the councilman of Social Policy Lorquí Sebastian Sanchez.
In all cases exceeded the first steps, had implicated one or more minors.
In one, conflict arose between one or several children and an institution, in two cases the conflict was between one or more adults and one or more children, and in three of the case instituted, the problem occurred only among children.
In addition to these six cases, two of them were physical or psychological harm caused by a minor.
