The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure is continuing work to improve the road safety of the regional highway RM-B7, which links the town center of Lorquí with the old railway station, known as the La Estación highway, where 3,000 vehicles circulate daily.
The work consists of the reinforcement of the slopes affected by the rains, as well as the road surface, with specific actions to repair the subsidence in order to recover the safety and comfort of the road.
The road will also be signaled again.
The general director of Roads, Francisco González Manzanera, supervised this week this action located in the south access road to the industrial estate El Salar II.
The work is framed in the conservation program of the regional road network of the Region of Murcia.
