Lorquí yesterday celebrated in style the feast of the Virgen del Rosario with a series of events focused on the night ilorcitana and form part of a comprehensive program that began last Oct. 1.
First there was a Mass in honor of the patron in the Church of the Apostle Santiago, ceremony in which participated Lorquí Rondalla and Choirs.
In conclusion, the ilorcitanos took the image of the Virgin of the Rosary in procession through the streets of the town in a parade that was enlivened by the Association of Friends of Music Lorquí and lacked the touch that characterizes these festivals huertano in the locality.
