Lorquí have a plan to rehabilitate houses in the old town
The mayor of Lorquí, Joaquin Hernandez, held this morning a meeting with the Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Francisco Barnabas, and the general director of Planning and Housing, Nuria Fuentes, to pass on the needs of the municipality and seek an answer to historical claims as access to the polygons, the situation in the area of ​​hillocks and the state of social housing in the street Lope de Vega and Quevedo.
So, as the mayor said after the meeting "the signing of social housing in the street Lope de Vega and Quevedo the municipality will take place imminently" which is pursuing a claim that was kept for several years, the government team with the Regional Government and has finally been reached.
It has also been granted a rehabilitation plan and urban reform to bring the old part of town.
The statement implies ARRU Plan of Old Lorquí as 'Area Revitalization Reform' and allow access to grants from the Ministry of Development and the Autonomous Region for the improvement of public spaces and for the rehabilitation and modernization of homes located in that environment.
