Protagonist of municipal politics for a day.
That is the experience they have lived 12 schools in 6 of primary education in public schools "Jesus Garcia" and "Dolores Escámez" of Lorquí on the morning of Friday 4 December, to participate as any council in the traditional in Child plenary town every year serves to celebrate the thirty-first anniversary of the Spanish Constitution (which is celebrated on December 8).

Intercultural reading
Furthermore, on Saturday December 12 will be held the traditional "Intercultural Reading Marathon Kids" in which more than fifty children from different nationalities.
This event will take place at the Cultural Center "Enrique Tierno Galván" (18'30 hours) and will have free admission.
This year, the young participants, aged between 5 and 13 years, will read poems by the author Carlos Murciano, readings will be interspersed with musical performances by local students themselves (both schools "Jesus Garcia" and "Dolores Escámez" and the IES "Romano Garcia").
At the end of the act will be given to the participants a small gift by the local council, a $ 10 gift voucher to spend on libraries of the municipality and will be funded by the Directorate General of Immigration and Volunteer Regional Government.
