Lorquí City Council has proposed a tuition-free course to be held at the Center for Adult Education of the municipality and from June 1 next Tuesday will focus on professional equality between men and women.
The aim is to enhance the job search in decisive moments of the selection of a worker as the interview, the negotiation of the post, position or compensation.
This training proposal, launched by the Department of Social Policy ilorcitana through the Resource Centre for Equality of the municipality, also tries to analyze the sexual division of labor and its consequences.
Thus, its leaders want to offer one more way for equal work, both at the time of selection and during the performance of work activity.
The courses will begin on Tuesday June 1 and will extend the length of the days 3, 8 and 10 June at 9.30 hours to 12.30 hours in the Center for Adult Education (2nd floor of old City Hall ) of Lorquí.
