Lorquí City Council has signed this morning a framework collaboration agreement with the Notarial College of Murcia whose objective is the exchange of information on the Property Tax and the Tax on the Increase of the Value of Urban Nature Land.
The signing took place at the Notarial College of Murcia, by the mayor of Lorquí, Joaquín Hernández, and that of the Dean of the Notarial College of Murcia, Pedro Martínez, also being present the notary of the Illustrious College of Murcia, Mª Lourdes Spain.
Through this agreement both parties undertake to coordinate actions to facilitate citizens' performance of their duties, taking particular advantage of the use of new technologies.
Thus, the signing of this agreement includes the following advantages:
Reduction and simplification of administrative procedures both for the city council and for the citizen with the possibility of authorizing the notary to carry out the procedures to present the declaration of the Tax on the Value of Urban Land (IIVTNI-Plusvalía).
Assistance and information to the taxpayer regarding the IIVTNU.
Improvement of the management of IBI and IIVTNU.
Transmission of data necessary for the settlement of the tax.
Access to notaries to the SIT GTT Tax Information System to report the existence of debt in the IBI concept.
The recently signed agreement includes the figure of the Mixed Commission, of which the Notarial College of Murcia and technical staff of the City Council will be part, who will meet to coordinate the actions and share initiatives and projects that are focused on the achievement of the objectives set forth in the agreement, which will be valid for four years, with the possibility of extension for another four years.
