Once again the City of Lorquí becomes art gallery to exhibit from April 8 to May 8 the work of artist Alfredo Lopez.
Continuing the philosophy of bringing art and culture to the daily lives of the residents of the municipality and introduce it in environments and living spaces as the Consistory itself, the Department of Culture has scheduled a series of exhibitions and activities that make programming the V Cultural Week to be held from 8 to 24 April.
The painter Alfredo Lopez holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Granada and lives in Murcia for more than twenty years.
He began his career as a professional painter in his college years.
So it has a long career working and collaborating with numerous art galleries.
His work mainly develops the urban landscape in a figurative or realist discourse.
The pursuit of light through color is a constant in their scenic interpretations.
In the exhibition, which opened on Friday by the artist, the mayor of Lorquí, Joaquin Hernandez, and the Councillor for Culture, Maria Dolores Garcia, presents a selection of his latest works, divided into two spaces, one of which is protagonist City Murcia and another dedicated to Venice.
