The City of Lorquí, in its annual schedule of performances in schools in the municipality and taking advantage of the summer non-teaching period not to interfere with the educational activity, made during the month of August numerous improvements to the module child Public School Dolores Escámez.
The works, with a budget of bidding of 13,385 euros, have focused on conditioning and repair of children's area outside the school through the restoration of the wall and exterior pavement, improving drainage system and placement new soil.
In addition, the playground has been renovated rubber that was in poor condition and have been reviewed and settled areas had humidities.
As for the exterior wall perimeter fence it has also been repaired and painted in those areas showing major defects.
In the inside of the module it has acted in children's bathrooms with the installation of 3 new toilets suitable for minors.
With this intervention, the City Council a year Lorquí continues its commitment to maintaining and improving schools in the municipality through an action plan each year to coincide with the summer and the end of the classes are held.
