This measure adds to the trading campaign with which families have saved between 5% and 20% in this budget

The City of Lorquí, opting for an education in equality continues this course with its project to implement the free provision of textbooks in the municipality through the creation of a bank of books in schools that are available to students.

Thus, from the Department of Education, last year 10,000 euros was allocated to purchase books Language and Mathematics 6th graders from two schools in Lorquí and Geography and History of 1st and 3rd of ESO in high school.

For this course was appointed the same budget for copies of Language and Mathematics 5th Primary Dolores Escámez College and Social Sciences and Natural Sciences 5th of Primary Jesus Garcia College, which has already been invested 20,000 euros in this initiative.

The objective of this measure is to gradually provide educational centers textbooks that will be used by the students of the municipality (for those families who collaborate with AMPA) and will become part of a bank's municipal books.

"Our goal is to cover gradually all courses and cycles so that students can make use of these copies made available, which will return to the center when you finish the course, to help families and avoid having to make major disbursements with the start of classes ", as stressed the Councillor for Education, Amparo Martinez.

He also indicated that the books are purchased in the three village libraries to support local businesses.

In addition to the discounts the residents of Lorquí can get with any purchases of the following prizes: 3 checks of 100 euros, 100 invitations to spa and thermal pools for children in the Balneario de Archena, 50 euros for a birthday celebration in the Enchanted Forest and 2 tablets, through a distribution of ballots and a draw that will be held on 25 October.
