The municipality of Lorquí lived this weekend one of the most emotional moments of the year with the procession in honor of its patron saint, the Virgen del Rosario, after the traditional Mass, walked the streets of the village to reach the Town Hall Square surrounded by hundreds of neighbors, to enjoy together the fireworks.
Earlier in the St. James Church with a plaque and a bouquet of flowers was made, by the parish priest and the mayor of the municipality, the waitress of the Virgen del Rosario, Natividad Martinez, for his years of dedication to the employer.
The program closed and completed with the celebration of the parish with a march from Freedom Square to Los Palacios and a subsequent day of coexistence and competition of paellas on arrival;
and the representation of the play 'Typical' Nacho Vilar Productions through the streets of the town.
