In its commitment to support and promote employment in the municipality, the City of Lorquí, through the Local Development Agency and Employment participated last week in the IV Regional Forum Employment and Local Development Week held in the Faculty of Labour Sciences, as it has done since doing several years with other agencies and institutions.
Thus, this event has become a meeting point and discussion among students, teachers and technicians employment and local development who work or have an interest in promoting economic development and job creation.
In this forum, which also attended the University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, next to the Observatory of Rural Development, Local and Employment and the Association of Agents of Employment and Local Development in the Region of Murcia, he gave know the work being done by the participating entities.
This time, mornings Employment Forum revolved around the new programming period Rural Development, while afternoons were devoted to the Employability of long-term unemployed, with lectures by prominent personalities in these fields.
Simultaneously, the meeting was a job fair in which the Agency of Local Development and Employment Lorquí participated with a stand which was intended to give visibility and dissemination actions and services from the same: orientation and intermediation labor, advice to entrepreneurs and companies, training courses, search for resources and grants management, among others.
Also Awards® Local Development and Employment with the work of institutions, professionals and practices in these areas was recognized.
