In order to modernize and improve the quality of the services provided, the City Council of Lorquí has ​​approved a new Tax Administration Ordinance which establishes new dates in the fiscal calendar and the Option of a personalized payment plan, as two of the main novelties of the same.
Thus, the new standard means a simplification, for the administration and for the sake of legal certainty, in everything related to the payment and refund of taxes and fees.
In this regard, new systems are also established to facilitate payment procedures and processes through e-government, telephone assistance, payment by card and even in kind in cases where this is determined.
"The new ordinance affects the agility and the facilities provided by the local administration to users for any management and procedure related to the collection and inspection of taxes. Also, a new fiscal calendar, Taxes, so as to facilitate the payment to the administrations avoiding that several charges coincide in a single time ", as highlighted by the Councilor for Finance, Carmen Baños.
The ordinance also establishes a personalized payment system through which annual rates and taxes can be unified and make a monthly split payment of them throughout the year, thus facilitating a better forecast of the family economy.
