The president of the Community, Fernando López Miras, met today at the San Esteban Palace with the mayor of Lorquí and president of the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, Joaquín Hernández, to meet the demands of the citizens of this town , as well as the needs of the federation, which encompasses the 45 municipalities of the Region.

As Mayor of Lorquí, Joaquín Hernández informed López Miras of the needs of the municipality regarding educational and health infrastructure, among others;

and as president of the Federation of Municipalities of the Region, he transferred to the head of the regional Executive the suitability of approaching the elaboration of a local financing law.
