The Department of Social Policy Lorquí proposes a new activity in the municipality to reflect on the concept of equality between men and women.

This is a theater workshop with free tuition and a weekly session that begins next Wednesday 22 September at the Exhibition Hall of the local council and will be developed in time 18'30 to 20'30 hours every Wednesday.

This workshop is based on two axes: the first is to learn basics of acting techniques, improvisation techniques through warm-ups and inhibitions, exercise, body expression, movement and voice, character development ... and the second is reflect on the value of equality between men and women and challenge the patriarchy as a social order still in force, all in an entertaining and fun.

For everybody

"This course is designed for everyone who has desire to learn and develop their creative skills through theater," said Councilman ilorcitano the area, Sebastian Sanchez, who says he is "not limited to a particular group, but is open to all persons who are encouraged to participate: women, men, youth, adults, children .... "

This activity is organized by the Resource Center for Equal Lorquí City Council, in collaboration with Informajoven Center and the Institute of Women of the Region of Murcia.

Those interested in receiving more information and registration may be addressed in early morning from 8 to 14 hours to the Centre for Equality and Informajoven Centre, situated in Atocha Street in the municipality.
