Lorquí City Council, in collaboration with the Directorate General of Land and Housing regional government, has been serving the citizens a new window of information on housing and rehabilitation.
With this free municipal service you want to convey to citizens the various grants and subsidies that includes the existing "Housing Plan 2009-2012", aimed at promoting rehabilitation, rental and purchase housing in the municipality by of individuals.
In rehabilitation, aid is focused on improving the conditions for stability, habitability and accessibility of buildings and houses, as well as adaptation and renovation of its facilities to current regulations.
Also referred to works aimed at optimizing the energy efficiency of buildings, and installation of home automation devices.
Also referred to rental housing aid for both the landlord and the tenant, especially for young people between 22 and 30 years.
Emancipation Basic Income offers grants of up to 210 € monthly for rent.
Every other Friday
The service has public hours on Fridays from 12 to 14.30 hours (every two weeks) in the City of Lorquí.
