The Department of Sports City of Lorquí and Municipal Sports Association held on the morning of Saturday February 26, the tournament-exhibition "Villa de Lorqui" rhythmic gymnastics.
About 50 participants, ages 4 and 16 years, demonstrated their skills on the mat in the different forms of the game (hands-free, ball, rope and hoop).
With free admission for the audience, the event took place at the local sports center ilorcitana and involved four clubs: Adjutant Fortuna, Oleza Gymnastics and Gymnastics Almoradí Santomera.
This exhibit featured two ways: sets, in which nine groups of five gymnasts in each category pre-baby, baby, juvenile, infant and cadet, and individual, in which 12 gymnasts who have qualified for Base Spain Championship gymnastics to be held in April in Castellón.
"It was a great opportunity to spend a pleasant morning to a gorgeous sport in which participants have put all their hopes and in which more than one insurance that has been attracted to this discipline," the mayor of Sports local, Joaquín Lorenzo Cremades.
