Lorquí City Council has recently launched the construction of sidewalks, curb and renewal of street paving Ortega y Gasset in the municipality, some works that have an investment of almost 59,000 euros and belong to the complementary actions of the Plan Works and Services 2010 (POS) in the municipality.

"These works will improve road safety for pedestrians," said local Councillor for Urban Development, María José López, and "to create space for increased pedestrian traffic."
