Hired by a grant of 190,000 euros to an officer electrician, two pawns and two garden masonry, a construction engineer and civil engineering, two cleaners, a social worker and two maintenance workers in public buildings

The City Council will soon hire Lorquí eleven people unemployed due to a job placement program of the Employment Service and Training (SEF) of the Regional Government, which supports this proposal with 190,000 euros a total cost of 211,000 euros.

"With this project we seek a dual objective: firstly to provide a service and a better service to our residents, providing services and carrying out works of public utility and social interest and, secondly, increasing the chances of finding work of persons unemployed through targeted training and practice, "said Mayor Lorquí, Joaquin Hernandez, who notes that the last edition of this program allowed to hire nine people.

"In addition, we should not forget that all we can do without a big cost to city coffers in a very difficult economic times," said the mayor.
