The City Council has set Lorquí and the location of polling stations ahead of general elections next Sunday November 20th, a date for which many in the town ilorcitano exercise their constitutional right in a place different from the last election.
And is that four of the seven sections vary their location with respect to elections in 2008, when Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero (PSOE) to retain his 2004 victory.
Thus, the 3 rd section goes to the Hall School school "Jesús García" street head of the Polish (previously was located within the center itself), the 5 th section was moved from City Hall back to the Old Town Hall (C / Mayor) , the 6 th section moves from the Sports Centre Street Social Centre Quevedo, and the 7th section of the City Council goes back to the Cultural Centre (access via C / Antonio Tomás Sanz).
For his part, kept its location the 1st section (Equality Center, C / Atocha), the 2nd section (Sports Centre. Road Cemetery) and the 4 th section (school "Dolores Escámez" - C / The Carnations).
"This is only a change in the location of polling stations, so the change will affect equally to all sections voters whose schools have changed their place," says the mayor ilorcitano, Joaquin Hernandez.
