Lorquí're at their festivals in honor of the Virgen del Rosario.
A festival that began on September 30 with the Charity Gala for FANEC, the Association of families of children with cancer each year organizes this event for a good cause.
During the first week of October have been following events and activities, from archery and bowling huertanos popular games of the hand of the Rock the carrycot (which also celebrates its cultural week) for the past Discotheque Saturday, October 6, with performances by well known faces of the "Men, women and vice versa" Telecinco and DJ's Carlos Chaparro, Eloy Urban, DJ and DJ Samy Barroso, the latter two local DJs.
On Saturday, as is tradition, took place on Huertano Bando VIII, which departed from the light of the Shell and arrived at Constitution Park, but not before making the floral offering to the Virgin of the Rosary as usual to step side of the Freedom Square.
Masses have also occurred throughout the week.
Masses organized by the various neighborhoods of the city: Los Rosales, dinner, Noria, San Roque, Carmen, Pueblo Nuevo, inexpensive housing.
The Dawn Mass on Sunday morning, preceded a day dedicated to meeting partnerships, consecutive septic occurring in the municipality and whose stage has been, this time, the Freedom Square.
To liven up the day which was attended by a large number of associations, the Rondalla and Lorquí Choir and the Friends of Music Lorquí delighted the audience with some pieces before Lorquí mayor, Joaquin Hernandez, the Councillor for Culture and Celebration, Maria Dolores Garcia, and the Popular Municipal spokesperson, Dolores Garcia, hiciesen receive a certificate to each association for participating.
On Sunday, after Mass of the feast itself, there was the traditional procession of the Virgin of the Rosary that was received on arrival at Constitution Park with a fireworks display.
The next weekend the festivities continue with the Folklore Festival de la Peña carrycot, which will take place on Saturday October 13 in the Town Hall Square.
On Sunday October 14, at 10:00 am I will celebrate the Urban League of Lorquí Villa, an event that has been widely accepted and which have already signed a number of participants (registration www.noupindaro.com )
At 12:00 pm, the Mass will lead to the levee and, at 21:00 pm, the Cultural Center will host theater huertanas prints of the rock the carrycot.
Finally, on Sunday October 21, the day of the parish, will be output in procession to the palaces where, after the 12:30 pm Mass, a paella contest will culminate the festivities of the Virgen del Rosario.
