Lorquí City Council has signed this morning with stakeholders a framework document for the promotion of employment in the town and the integration and reintegration of residents of Lorquí, which has among its main objectives contacting people standing and entrepreneurial through a single service office and an employment agency to facilitate employability.
A heading of Local Employment Plan 2012-2014, which was held in the City of Lorquí, attended by the mayor of the municipality, Joaquin Hernandez, representatives of trade unions, Santiago Navarro Meseguer, Secretary of Trade Union CCOO and Occupational Health , and Theodore Cánovas Yepes, general secretary of the Regional Union of UGT Vega del Segura and President of the Association of Merchants and Media Vega, Diego Nicolas Gil.
These organizations have participated in the development of the project through the contribution of ideas and proposals from their specific sectors.
"This project framework, adopted in full in January and that was developed over the past year, aims to intensify and take actions that tend to soften, as far as possible and depending on the resources local government, the situation / as unemployed / as the municipality ", as highlighted Lorquí Mayor for signature.
Thus, based on this document, which lists 14 lines of work, is intended to rank performances and management of municipal policies related to employment promotion in the coming years.
The general objectives of this plan, which has a total budget of 18,000 euros 6000 euros per year-are creating permanent channels of communication between local businesses and municipal institutions, promote the uptake and adapting jobs offers training and retraining to the demands of the companies.
Thus, within the activities to be developed in this plan for three years include those aimed at the creation of roads, as the implementation of an employment agency and an Office of Citizen Attention Single unemployment and Entrepreneur, to to serve as intermediary for the promotion of employment, providing unemployed people Lorquí the possibility of access to work.
In addition, this enables a website to attract offers and demands of an enterprise network and all SMEs located both in the center and in the polygons.
Other measures will be aimed at facilitating the process of creating businesses and jobs, and the simplification of procedures for opening new economic activities, or actions directly aimed at the areas of the polygons, and the creation of a Business Social Economy which is made available to social economy enterprises municipal industrial land plots, always linked to job creation.
A major commitment of the City of Lorquí in this Local Employment Plan is the development of a series of actions to promote the creation of green jobs, with bonuses of municipal competition for easy location in the municipality of employment generators care for the environment and help reduce environmental impact.
The actions related to the promotion of local tourism at regional and trade support in the area are also included in the 14 lines of action of the Local Employment Plan 2012-2014.
