Lorquí City Council has signed with the Ministry of Universities and Research Company, through the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia, an agreement to convert the municipality of Lorquí in 'Town Entrepreneur', continuing the promotion of entrepreneurship that has been promoted for several years in the town.
The agreement provides for the adoption of 53 actual stimulus measures of entrepreneurial activity, which will be developed in different areas and will involve action by both the Institute of Development and Local Administration.
In addition, this agreement comes to recognize the actions that the City is conducted for several years with active policies to promote entrepreneurship and consolidation of business activities.
"By signing this agreement, we intend to continue with the proceedings already initiated and implemented with the collaboration of INFO, a series of measures for the promotion of entrepreneurship, self-employment niche identification and promotion of infrastructure to house business activities ", as commented Lorquí Mayor Joaquin Hernandez.
In this regard, he stressed that "it is time to be nimble in the public and facilitate the most enterprising initiatives. Administrations We must become more useful and designed to facilitate and provide services to our SMEs".
Among these measures are already underway, the mayor has emphasized the promotion of self-employment through streamlining procedures and removing bureaucratic obstacles, the application of benefits and bonuses for the installation and implementation of new businesses, encouraging vocations business and creating a business network and a Unique Service Office and the Unemployed Entrepreneur for contacting the vendors and job seekers and to adjust training to market demands.
Lorquí thus becomes the tenth municipality in joining this program.
The signing of this agreement is part of the Base Plan for Employment 2012-2014 Local Lorquí for promoting and boosting local employment.
