A total of 25 people, unemployed farmers, who are self-employed or retired, began yesterday morning a course completely free of pesticides pesticides organized by the City of Lorquí and conducted by the Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives in the Region of Murcia (FECOAM).
Training will be given 30 hours over six days, five days of theory 16-21 hours and a final assessment day 9-14 hours.
During the opening of the course, Councillor of Environment and Agriculture, Isidoro Martinez, said such initiatives emerge as "answer or way out of the current crisis, and that the preparation and training increase our employability and our opportunities for employment and improve our professional skills. "
So he said that the City of Lorquí is demonstrating its concern for job creation in the municipality that materialized through various initiatives, many of them linked to the formation as on this occasion.
