About 70 residents of the municipality begins the week committed to a healthy lifestyle and participate in the inaugural tour Lorquí Healthy Route, which takes place within the activities scheduled to mark the First Week Healthy organized by the Department of Health of the City of Lorquí.
At 9.30 am, the group has left the starting point located at Constitution Park for a tour of two kilometers to Ginés Asensio Avenue where we proceeded to the inauguration of the new Circuit Biosalud, which facilitate the practice of exercise the neighbors of Lorquí.
Subsequently, we repeated this same journey two miles to the Town Hall Square where it has been offered to all participants a healthy breakfast to complete the route: juice, coffee, milk and various kinds of fruit.
The distance of about four miles in total and about 50 minutes long, in addition to being marked at the beginning in an information panel, which also offers recommendations, is marked along the entire route through arrows on the road, round white to black for return.
The goal of this activity is the creation of a moderate path that demonstrates travel for those who want to exercise regularly, and facilitating and encouraging healthy lifestyle habits.
Furthermore, it offers the possibility of combining walking path with a series of exercises in the circuit Biosalud also opened.
The Councillor for Health, Carmen Bathrooms, commented that this proposal the aim is to provide residents of an area and a tour, about four miles in total, so they can exercise and improve their health.
