The exporter of fruits and vegetables GRUVENTA, based in Lorquí (Murcia), said that the citrus season in the Region of Murcia is presented with a positive tone and a very positive outlook, because the quality looks very optimal.
For GRUVENTA Technical Services "early trading this campaign are still very favorable, because we have a high quality citrus are having a great acceptance in international markets, and that's always very good".
Furthermore, GRUVENTA sources said that "we trust a campaign with a very fluid level export center both Europe as well as the Eastern countries, and the Russian market, which is highly valued quality of our citrus".
Lemon campaign
According to data from AILIMPO, in the case of lemon forecasts point to an increase in production of 11% as productive balance of the season 2012/2013 was 820,000 tons and it is expected to collect about 910,000 tons.
