Lorquí regional level positions as a municipality with significant business potential for its strategic location, its communications, its environment and the availability of industrial land.

The business sessions are organized by INFO, the City of Lorquí and UCOMUR.

Fifty Lorquí businessmen and entrepreneurs have attended Business Seminars held in the City of Lorquí with the aim to seek and know the business opportunities offered by this area of ​​the Region of Murcia.

This meeting, organized by the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia (INFO) in collaboration with the Cooperative Union of the Region of Murcia (UCOMUR) and the City of Lorquí, is part of the activities of the agreement signed with the Ministry Company and for which Lorquí INFO becomes 'Municipality Entrepreneur' for their commitment and employment promotion.

For two hours, attendees were able to see the opportunities and advantages of Lorquí for business, highlighting their potential in the regional landscape due to its ideal location in terms of infrastructure and roads, an environment that fosters and encourages the development of certain industrial sectors, the wide availability of industrial land and a great potential for tourism.

These reasons, that emerge from the study by UCOMUR on 'Business Opportunities in the Region of Murcia', exhibited by its president, Juan Antonio Pedroza, during the day, make it a location favorable to the emergence of new companies can become a benchmark of activity, wealth and employment in the Community.

Also, the attachment to the direction of INFO, Antonio Martinez, unveiled to stakeholders Emprendemos Plan Murcia for the promotion of entrepreneurship and business creation, through which it provides advice, training and information those that start a new business.
