A total of six residents of Lorquí finish a basic computer course and tools for job search on the Internet organized by the Town Hall and Abraham Project.
They have also received basic guidelines for preparing a resume.
Mayor Lorquí, Joaquín Hernández, and the CEO of Social Policy of the Autonomous Community, Leopoldo Navarro, were in charge of handing out diplomas to students participating in the closing ceremony of the seminar held at City Hall.
The training, lasting 40 hours, was held at the Aula Wala and was directed to those unemployed people starting their contact with computers and computing.
Hernandez has congratulated the students who have successfully completed the course and wanted to take this opportunity to highlight the importance of training to improve and expand the possibilities of access to a workstation.
"Sometimes discouragement seizes us when one remains unemployed for a long time, but every effort has its reward and is now essential to preparation and computer skills for many jobs," he said.
"From City of Lorquí try to offer and implement activities and initiatives that help and increase opportunities for employment to our neighbors through education."
