Lorquí City Council, through the Department of Culture, organizes the III Cultural Week, from Friday 25 April to 3 May, with the aim of offering a full program that includes all areas, areas and cultural expressions and which it is intended for the participation and involvement of everyone.
So, this year, music, theater, history, literature, the Internet and media will be among the protagonists of a comprehensive program.
Within leisure activities and free tiemplo such as concerts Rondalla and Choir Lorquí or poetry reading 'Three Voices and a soul', also included more activities related to training and education as a talk about the dangers of Internet for young, who taught from Tech Crime Unit of Murcia and the Local Police Lorquí, or Educational Meeting of the Association Camino Humanism and Science.
The program begins tomorrow with the adult reading marathon Auditorium Tierno Galván from 21.00, to continue on Sunday with a Spring Concert Choir and Rondalla Lorquí, on the same stage, 18.30.
We started the week with the opening of the exhibition of sculpture by Antonio Florenciano in the Exhibition Hall of the Town Hall at 19.30.
And double session on Monday, as at 21.30 also will be a conference on historical aspects of the town of Lorquí, by Francisco García Marco, Juan Ruiz and Carmelo Martínez, in the auditorium.
Activities include also those dedicated to the young, as the III Meeting of the Educational Association Camino Humanism and Science, on Tuesday 29 at 18.00 in the Plenary Hall of the Press Workshop aimed at students of IES Roman Garcia , on Wednesday 30 at 11.45, and the Colloquium talk about the dangers of Internet for youth, on Wednesday 30 at 20.30.
The theater and literature will be featured on Tuesday April 29 at 20.00 with Poetry Recital 'Three Voices and Soul', organized by the Association and the Association Fireplace Voice, and Saturday, May 3 at 20:00 hours with the performance of 'The Adventure of Tarik and Shalah'.
The participation of the residents through two competitions will also be encouraged: photography and short stories, whose bases are already published on the website of the City.
The Councillor for Culture, Maria Dolores Garcia, highlighted the important cultural activity that takes place in the town by the association throughout the year and culminates and completes this week dedicated to culture for everyone.
Also thanked the cooperation and involvement of associations and residents of Lorquí with this program.
