Among the various initiatives and activities of the City of Lorquí to raise awareness about the importance of respect and care for the environment and the environment, has launched a campaign under the slogan 'Make eco market' in collaboration with Ecoembes in which three informants show how separate and recycle packaging waste in homes for the benefit of all.
Also, more than 700 yellow bags for recycling light plastic containers, cans and cartons in which citizens may store such waste and conveniently trasladaros the corresponding container were distributed.
The campaign took place on Monday 16 March leveraging the influx of residents of Lorquí to the weekly market.
"Through this initiative aims to conduct citizen separation at the point of origin of the waste so that the recycling process more effective and also become transmitters of the message to make Lorquí a more sustainable town" as has assured the Councillor for Sustainable Development, Carmen Baños.
