So began last Tuesday in October -14-a musical percussion youth workshop organized by the Youth Council ilorcitana-through-Informajoven local service within the program of recreational and educational activities that complement the school calendar during the months of fall.
The music workshop will take place every Tuesday and Thursday through Dec. 2 at the Cultural Center "Enrique Tierno Galván" in time of 19-21 hours, and participating in a group of local youths interested in learning different forms of percussion that are practiced today, in learning the traditional rhythms, or simply to start in the music through percussion instruments like the djembe African, Arabic darbuka or the cajón.
"It's an original workshop that allows our youth have fun, expand their musical knowledge, educating your ear and learn, while playing a percussion instrument," said Joaquín Lorenzo Cremades, Councillor for Youth City Council in reference Lorquí this initiative.
