All Spanish people are equal before the law without any discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, political or any other condition or personal or social circumstance.
So reads Article 14 of the Spanish Constitution, which turns 30 on December 6, whose anniversary was held in Lorquí very imaginative, with a school drawing competition organized by the Department of Local Culture.
With that article as the main theme, the contest is aimed at primary schoolchildren from schools in the municipality and its term of participation expires next November 20.

The jury will consist of a council member and two members of local associations and the foundations of this art competition set to be a unique prize for each classroom of each school, which will include school supplies and sports.
