The Department of Culture is organizing a painting in the Exhibition Hall of City Hall.
Registration is free and is allowed a maximum of 15 students whose age exceeds 15 years.
Classes begin Tuesday, February 17 and end on Tuesday 17 March.
Hours are from 17.00 to 19.00 with the course will last 18 hours.
