Provide a resource to mediate in resolving problems that are involved children and adolescents.

That is the goal of the Department of Social Policy Lorquí City Council and the Association of Women Active in the municipality, an entity that, with the collaboration established with the Centre of Social Services will implement the project "Conflict Mediation Teen "funded by the Directorate General of Family and Minors of the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration Regional Government.

The type of conflict in working on this proposal covers the social, family and school, which becomes involved a minor / teenager and another person (teen or not).

The reception of the cases will be made through Social Services Centre, which deals with cases arising out of any public or private entity ilorcitano municipality (schools, associations, local police ....) and even across individuals with knowledge of this problem.

Meeting of the Parties

Mediation is a useful tool in the management and conflict management interventions that involve a particularly complex, so this project will accomplish the special purpose entity "Mediation Association."

In this line, the said Department has convened a meeting at City Hall on Friday, February 6 (10 hours), to be attended by the Councillor of the area, Sebastian Sanchez, and has invited the heads of the three schools (the schools' Escámez Dolores "and" Jesus Garcia "and the IES" Romano Garcia "), the local police, the Women's Association, Technical and Social Services Centre.

At this meeting, the technicians of the Association Mediation "will make a first contact with all parties involved in the project and clarify the doubts that might arise on the issues to be addressed.
