Councilor Salvador Marín sponsored the signing of the agreement between the local and multinational modification Lorquí Partial Plan, which will allow the company to acquire a plot of 68,675 meters square in the Industrial Saladar II.

After signing the agreement this morning for the Partial Plan amendment Lorqui works are expected to begin in early 2010 and be operational in 2011.
The logistics center will have a ship of 30,000 square meters, equipped with the latest technology, and will service more than 40 supermarket chain Lidl has in Murcia, Albacete, Alicante and Almeria.
The Minister of Universities, Business and Research indicated that this action Lorquí is one of the first foreign investments in the region following the presentation of Attracting Investment Plan 2009-2013 of the Region of Murcia by the regional president, Ramón Luis Valcarcel.
