The head of the Investigating Court 2 of Molina de Segura has agreed to provisional dismissal of the complaint filed by JH M, against two local police officers of Lorquí by a perceived lack of injuries that befell according to claim rejected on 24 February 2007 on the premises of uniformed ilorcitano.
In this same Order, the judge molinense room has been established that the cause is still against JHM for an alleged crime of assault against the local police Lorquí be referred for trial to the competent Criminal Court.
Two versions
On the events for more than two years, and had a great media coverage, there are two versions.
