The Councillors for Social Policy and Citizenship Lorquí City Council has scheduled a workshop for women self defense.
Accredited by the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration Regional Government, will have nine hours of classes to be taught for three days and is divided into three theoretical and six practices.
The objective of this workshop is to encourage women to feelings of confidence and threatening episodes will focus on the teaching of theoretical and practical techniques for non-aggressive girls learn to avoid dangerous situations or aggression.
With a maximum capacity of 20 seats (depending on the number of applications could enable a second group with the same capacity) and free tuition, those interested can register at the City Council ilorcitano.
The dates and times of celebration are still to be defined, as they depend on the closing of the proposed group.
"This proposal is not intended to teach aggressive methods and guide women to be violent, but aims to build confidence in participants as autonomous beings able to implement strategies to avoid threatening episodes," said Sebastian Sanchez, Councillor for Social Policy ilorcitano City Council.
