Lorquí City Council has completed the refurbishment of the environment of the Chimney La Carreta, located in the area of the municipality UA10.
This work, which involves an investment of EUR 49,600 have been funded with assistance from the Local Investment Fund proposed by the Central Government.
This work, the first derivative of this government plan ended up in the town to have meant, among other tasks, the installation of new exterior lighting and street furniture, pavement and renewal of the area.
To make this work, the contractor met the commitment to the City ilorcitano to hire two new workers.
More than a million euros
Lorquí City Council has received EUR 1,181,000 in total aid from the Local Investment Fund proposed by the Central Government.
Thus, the rest of approved projects, such as the remodeling of the urban infrastructure of streets Milagros, Lepanto and Pablo Picasso in the town, and the renovation of the exterior lighting of the street gardens, are currently underway.
