Municipal Library open all year Lorquí.
This was decided by the Culture Department of the City of Lorquí, which thus provides a positive response to requests from students and regular users of this service, hitherto closed during the month of August.
Ilorcitana Library, located at the Cultural Center "Enrique Tierno Galván" in the township (street La Cerca, telephone 968 690 005), will in this way with a new schedule in the summer.
Thus, between June 15 and July 13 the doors will be open between 9 and 00 hours, facilitating students to study during this time preparing their summer exams.
Between 14 July and 4 September this municipal service will have a morning schedule from 9 to 14 hours while that between 7 and 11 September will be extended hours from 9 to 00 hours in view of school tests those dates.

"We are pleased to implement this measure, by which we can offer a high demand by the residents of the municipality," says Antonio Asensio, local Councillor for Culture, which indicates the strengthening of "human and material resources to address this improvement. "
"In addition, requests from neighbors to achieve this extension of time shows that Lorquí Municipal Library is a very useful and has many users in our area," explains Asensio.
It is recalled that Lorquí City Library has, among others, with the lending services of books, literature and cultural information, photocopying, Internet access or free activities to encourage reading.
