On Friday November 27 Lorquí held a moving ceremony to honor the 30 years of democracy in the Town Hall.
With the Cultural Centre "Enrique Tierno Galván" as a backdrop, about 50 representatives (council members and mayors) of the three decades of democratic history ilorcitana participated in this survey which was chaired by the local mayor, Dolores Garcia Villa.
The evening began with a video featuring local schoolchildren, who made a brief review of the various government teams that have dominated the City ilorcitano in the democratic era.
After this interesting start, took the floor to the first transition after the local mayor, Francisco Matías García García, who recalled the importance of the role played by the various politicians who have spent the past 30 years by the Consistory of the municipality.
After this speech, Garcia Villa proceeded to give the councilors present the gold badge ilorcitano Hall, an act that led to the imposition of this distinction to the other three Democratic mayors of the town: the said García García, Antonio Carbonell (and died and was represented by a family member) and Resurrection García Carbonell.
The ceremony ended with the words of the current mayor, whose flagship ilorcitana was imposed
