The Department of Culture Lorquí continues its cultural programming, 2010, whose next appointment in the municipality will be tomorrow, Friday February 19 (21 hours) at the Cultural Center "Enrique Tierno Galván" in the locality.
On this occasion, the ilorcitanos have the opportunity to witness a new theater shows, again with free entrance until full capacity.
For the occasion, the company "The Nape Theatre will stage the play" For starters, finger food, with which the audience will enjoy a varied selection of these fun plays.
Two days later, on Sunday 21 February, will be the grand parade of Carnival (16 hours), an event which last year attracted more than 200 participants.
Those interested in participating in this day of joy, noise, fun costumes and must enroll in the Consistory ilorcitano.
Departing from the Station Road and finishing at the Town Hall Square, in this parade all the groups involved (with a minimum of 15 components) will grant.
To do this we established two tranches: € 150 for groups that have between 15 and 20 components, and involving more than 20 people will receive 200 euros.
In addition, we have established the two categories in which participants may choose to award only one who has established a commemorative plaque.
Thus, the two methods are the best extras and the best individual costume, which allocated three awards each.
