Lorquí City Council, in collaboration with the Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Regional Government Environmental Control, and the company "Ecovidrio" held on Wednesday April 21 a "Day on the traceability of Glass."
In this proposal, which received free registration and limited places, attended by the local Councillor for Health, Juana María Marín.
The objective of this initiative, aimed at housewives and pensioners, was to report on what the whole process of recycling glass is from accumulating in the container until it is put back into the market.
Thus, this activity began early in the morning with participants gathering at the Town Hall of the municipality, to then be transferred to the plant, "Camacho Recycling" in Caudete (Albacete), which gave them a briefing.
Then he offered the audience a lunch at the restaurant "lengüetero, then visit the recycling plant as the climax of the day.
